The cameras arrive ready to use. Your guests take the photos of your big day. When we get the cameras back you can choose to have all the photos on CD or on our online gallery for you and your guests to see.
Better photos

We rent out quality 8 mega pixel, easy to use, point and shoot Kodak cameras. Anyone can pick up one of our cameras and take great photos straight away. You can review straight after snapping – you can see that someone has blinked and take the picture again. Any of the photos can be converted to black and white or sepia tone on the camera or later on for something a bit different.
More pictures

You get 219 pictures on each camera with standard SD Card. Thats more than 8 times the exposures on a disposable wedding camera. You’ll get all the pictures on CD after the wedding to do whatever you want with. You also have them all hosted securely online.
Better looking

As individual as you are. Unlimited choice of decorative covers, Customising with your names, date or photo. All packages get choice of colour for instruction cards. Optional decoration including organza bags, ribbons, wrist straps, charms, et cetera.

One Vision Photography - Terms and Conditions

One Vision Photography Contract Terms:

1. The HIRER shall return the cameras in the shipping prepaid container which they have been sent in by One Vision Photography.
2. The HIRER shall be responsible for distribution of the cameras to the guests and shall collect them at the end of the event.
3. The HIRER will not hold One Vision Photography liable for any posting of images of the HIRER’s guests on the web. One Vision Photography shall have the right to withhold publication on the web or in any way duplicate any image made by HIRER's guests which in the sole judgment of One Vision Photography are inappropriate for such publication. The HIRER will not hold One Vision Photography liable for any publication or non-publication of any particular images or group of images. The HIRER is responsible for informing guests that their image may appear on the web site.
4. The security deposit shall be applied against any loss or damage to the cameras beyond ordinary wear and tear at the sole discretion of One Vision Photography.
5. Cameras lost will cost the HIRER £100 each. Cameras damaged to the point that they cannot be re-hired will cost £100 each unless that particular camera has been insured.
6. Cancellation of this agreement by the HIRER will only result in a refund of the security deposit. Cancellations must be in writing or by email.
7. In accepting this agreement you authorise One Vision Photography to charge your credit/debit card through PayPal or by Cheque for payment on several dates. 1) a down payment today, 2) the balance due 30 days prior to your event, and 3) for any and all damages or losses resulting from this agreement. These damages include, but are not limited to, damage to or loss of One Vision Photography equipment for any reason.
8. One Vision Photography reserves the right to cancel this agreement for any reason at any time for a full refund.
9. One Vision Photography will honor a request to transfer the services to another day at the sole discretion of One Vision Photography. If the alternate date is not available then One Vision Photography reserves the right to treat the change of date as a cancellation.
10. One Vision Photography shall have no responsibility for acts of God or errors or negligence committed by any shipping company's untimely shipping.
11. One Vision Photography is not responsible for any equipment failures, including website inaccessibility.
12. To the extent permitted by applicable law, One Vision Photography shall not ever be held liable for damage in excess of the HIRER's fee paid or to be paid to as stated in agreement.
13. The HIRER is responsible for the prompt return of all One Vision Photography cameras in working condition on the agreed to time and date. Failure to do so will result in a late fee of £35 per day. If the cameras have not been returned within one week of this date, the HIRER will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the cameras plus a 25% replacement fee in addition to any accrued late fees.
14. The HIRER agrees to pay any and all legal and/or collection fees related to this agreement. Any collection, mediation, arbitration or litigation expenses, including reasonable solicitors fees shall be born by the HIRER if any of these activities are required by One Vision Photography to enforce any term or condition of this agreement.
