Wedding photography is booked directly with One Vision Photography, while videography is provided by a specialist video partner and arranged under a separate agreement.

We coordinate everything closely behind the scenes to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly and naturally.

 

• Do we need to organise the photographer and videographer separately?

Not at all.

While photography and videography are booked under separate agreements, we guide you through the entire process and work closely together on the day, making everything feel simple and stress-free.

 

• Who will photograph and film our wedding day?

Michael (One Vision Photography) is the principal photographer, capturing your wedding day in a natural, documentary style.

Videography is delivered by a trusted specialist video partner, with additional team members (such as second shooters) brought in depending on the size and requirements of your wedding.

Together, we ensure every moment is captured beautifully.

 

• Do you offer a discount for booking both photography and videography?

Yes — we offer exclusive photo and video package pricing, making it more cost-effective to book both services together.

• What’s included in your wedding videography?

All videography packages typically include:

• A cinematic highlight film

• A full-length wedding film (including ceremony and speeches)

The full film is usually 45–90 minutes, depending on the length of your day.

 

• How does payment work for photography and videography?

To secure your date, a booking fee is required for both photography and videography.

The remaining balances are due approximately 4–6 weeks before your wedding, with separate invoices issued for photography and videography.

This keeps everything clear, simple, and professionally organised.

 

• What’s the booking process?

Booking is simple:

3. Pay your booking fee to secure your date

We’ll then guide you through everything leading up to your wedding day.

Absolutely!

• Can we hire you if our wedding isn’t in South Wales?

Yes — we regularly travel across the UK and internationally.

Travel costs will depend on location, number of team members, and coverage required.

 

• What happens if we need to cancel or postpone our wedding?

If you need to cancel:

• Written notice is required

• Booking fees are non-refundable

If you postpone:

• Same-year changes are usually free

• A small adjustment fee may apply for future years

We recommend 4–6 weeks before your wedding, ideally during golden hour for the best light.

Wedding Day

• What time will you arrive?

We typically arrive around 15 minutes before coverage begins, allowing time to prepare and ensure everything runs smoothly.

 

• What happens if it rains?

No problem at all — we’ll adapt creatively and make the most of the situation.

Your safety and equipment protection are always a priority, and we’ll guide you on the best options.

 

Post-Wedding Information

• When will we receive our wedding photos?

Delivery times vary depending on the season:

• Winter: 6–8 weeks

• Summer: 8–12 weeks

 

• When will we receive our wedding films?

• Highlight film: approx. 7–10 days

• Full film: approx. 4–12 weeks, depending on the season, and when you forward us your main wedding songs for the main video.

 

• Do you offer wedding albums?

Yes — we offer beautifully crafted albums through GraphiStudio, designed to tell your story in a timeless and elegant way. Your more then welcome to come and view our sample albums and see what we can offer you.

 

• Do we own the copyright to our photos?

You will receive a print release, allowing you to download and print your images.
