Family Voucher/ Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Vouchers/ Gift Cards purchased on this site are for Full Family Photography Sessions. If you would like to discuss arranging a non-family session, please Contact Us.

  1. The Portrait is valid until the date shown on the gift card, which is two months from the date of issue.
  2. A gift card may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer; it is not redeemable for cash or goods and may only be used as described. 
  3. This gift card may not be used to purchase photographs from a previous studio session. 
  4. The gift card is not transferable. 
  5. This gift card's value is valid only for a full family session of photography, which all family members must attend. This is at the discretion of the individual studio. 
  6. The studio session is valued at £39.99 to £45.00. 
  7. If the studio offers a complimentary image from your session, this will be 6” x 4” and Mount and is worth £10.00. 
  8. The £10.00 Coupon can be used to purchase any Frame or Print online; you will be asked to provide credit card details if the product or frame is more the £10.00.
  9. Dates and times available for your photography session may vary from time to time – We will call you within 24 hours to give you details of available sessions. 
  10. When booking your session, you will be asked to provide credit card details online booking only we can take MasterCard and American Express payments on the day. 
  11. In the event of cancellation, please provide a minimum of five days’ notice or a cancellation charge of £25.00 may be applied. 
  12. One Vision Photography sessions do involve some physical activity, which is undertaken at your own risk.
