One Vision Photography provides your wedding photography and works alongside a trusted specialist videography partner. Separate agreements and invoices may be issued for each service, but everything is carefully coordinated to create a smooth experience.
How Booking Works
1. Tell us about your wedding
Send us your wedding date, venue and the collection you are considering.
2. Let’s have a friendly chat
We’ll answer your questions, learn more about your plans and help you choose the right coverage.
3. Secure your date
A £300 booking fee and signed booking agreement secure your wedding date. The booking fee is deducted from your final package balance.
4. Plan the details
We’ll arrange your pre-wedding consultation approximately four to six weeks before the celebration.
5. Enjoy your wedding
Relax, celebrate and enjoy yourselves while our team captures the story naturally.

Where are you based?
One Vision Photography & Videography is based in South Wales. We regularly cover weddings throughout Cardiff, Swansea, Bridgend, the Vale of Glamorgan, the Gower, Brecon, Abergavenny and the surrounding areas.
We can also travel throughout the UK and for selected destination weddings.
What does full-day coverage mean?
Our full-day collections generally begin with wedding preparations and continue through to the first dance.
Exact starting times depend on your ceremony, locations and chosen collection. Additional evening coverage can be arranged for dancing, fireworks and other celebrations.
Can you photograph both partners getting ready?
Our two-photographer collections are designed to cover both partners’ preparations, subject to the distance between locations and the wedding timetable.
What is the difference between Hybrid and Signature?
The Hybrid Collection uses one skilled professional to capture photography alongside selected video moments.
The Signature Collection provides two dedicated photographers and one dedicated videographer. This delivers more comprehensive coverage, more perspectives and a full cinematic wedding-film collection.
Can we print our photographs?
Yes. You will receive high-resolution photographs with personal printing and sharing rights.
Can we download everything from the galleries?
Yes. Gallery downloads are included with our main wedding collections.
Is drone footage guaranteed?
Drone footage depends on suitable weather, venue permission, local restrictions and safe flying conditions. When flying is possible, it adds a beautiful cinematic perspective to your wedding story.
Can we change a package?
Absolutely. Our collections cover what most couples request, but additional hours, photographers, videographers, albums and other options can be added.
How do we secure our date?
Your wedding date is secured once we have received your signed booking agreement and £300 booking fee.
When is the final balance due?
The final balance is due four to six weeks before your wedding. Full payment information will be included in your booking agreement.
